Reflection in Action – 8 Deadly Thoughts and the Yellow Pad Discipline (2014)
A 46 minute teaching by The Rev. Dr. William Carl Thomas from March 26, 2014 that takes the learning from his doctoral thesis and applies it to personal spiritual growth from the framework of the Eight Deadly Thoughts utilizing a practice he calls the Yellow Pad Discipline (YPD). The title of the teaching is “Reflection-in-Action Practices that Influence Response to the Anxiety Expressed in the Eight Deadly Thoughts.
